Data we collect

Account (email, name, locale), business data (properties, photos, videos), Meta leads.

How we use it

To deliver the service, generate videos, run campaigns, and track leads. No resale, no profiling beyond service delivery.

Meta Platform data

To run your campaigns, VI Agent connects to your own Meta (Facebook) business account, with your permission, through Facebook Login. We request only the permissions needed to operate the service on your behalf:

• Advertising — create and manage the ad campaigns that distribute your videos, and read their performance (ads_management, ads_read, business_management).
• Pages — identify your Facebook Page and attach it to your campaigns and lead forms (pages_show_list, pages_manage_ads).
• Leads — retrieve the contacts who submit your lead forms into your VI Agent CRM (leads_retrieval).

From Meta we store an encrypted access token, the identifiers of your connected Page and ad account, and — for each lead — the name, email, phone and form answers the person submitted. All of it is stored in the EU (OVHcloud, France); tokens are encrypted at rest and never sent to your browser. We use this data only to run your own campaigns and deliver your own leads — we never resell it, share it between agents, or use it for profiling.

Deleting Meta data

You can disconnect Meta at any time from Settings → Meta account, which revokes the token and stops all further access. You can delete individual leads inside the app, or request full erasure of your account and all associated data by writing to contact@viagent.studio.

Retention

Account: deleted within 30 days of request. Generation logs: 13 months. Leads: 24 months (configurable).
