VI Agent collects and processes data to deliver the video-generation service, Meta ad distribution, and lead management. This document outlines how that data is handled.

Data we collect

Account (email, name, locale), business data (properties, photos, videos), Meta leads.

How we use it

To deliver the service, generate videos, run campaigns, and track leads. No resale, no profiling beyond service delivery.

Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection. Use the in-app tools or contact us.

Retention

Account: deleted within 30 days of request. Generation logs: 13 months. Leads: 24 months (configurable).
