These terms govern your access to and use of VI Agent. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance
By accessing or using VI Agent, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you accept them on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
VI Agent generates cinematic short-form property videos from the photos you upload, narrated in French, Dutch or English, and can distribute them as advertising campaigns through your own Meta account. Resulting leads are collected in an integrated CRM. The service is intended for professional real-estate agents.
Account
Access is provisioned by the operator. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You may use VI Agent only for lawful, professional real-estate purposes. You must ensure the property information and media you provide are accurate and that you hold the rights to use them. Any advertising you publish through the service must comply with applicable law and with Meta's advertising policies, including the rules that apply to housing and real-estate ads. You must not use the service to create misleading, discriminatory or infringing content.
AI-generated content
The service uses artificial intelligence to generate video, voice and a lipsynced avatar from the photos, voice sample and likeness you provide. You confirm that you hold the rights and consents needed to use that material, including for cloning of a voice and a face. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing and approving each video before it is published, and for the content you choose to distribute.
Fees
VI Agent is offered as a monthly subscription; current pricing is shown on the pricing page. Generation may be subject to fair-use limits. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload and of the finished videos generated for you. You grant VI Agent the limited licence needed to host, process and deliver the service. VI Agent retains all rights in the platform itself.
Third-party services
Distribution relies on your own Meta (Facebook) business account and is subject to Meta's terms and policies. VI Agent is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes to their policies; connecting them is at your discretion.
Lead data
You are the data controller for the leads and contacts you collect through the service. You must process their personal data lawfully, including under the GDPR, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a material breach of these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. We will make the current version available here and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law for users established in France and by Belgian law for users established in Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
