This agreement governs the personal data VI Agent processes on your behalf (e.g. leads).
Parties
Customer (data controller) and VI Agent (processor).
Scope
Video generation, Meta distribution, lead intake, email/SMS communications.
Documented instructions
Processing only under your documented instructions in the service or in writing.
Security
Encryption at rest and in transit; access control; audit logging.
Sub-processors
Public list kept up to date; prior notice of changes.
Data residency
Hosted in the European Union (France, OVHcloud, Gravelines/Roubaix/Strasbourg regions).
Breach notification
Notification without undue delay in case of breach, per GDPR.
End of contract
Return or deletion of personal data within 30 days after contract end.
